You’ll develop and implement strategies to crush involuntary churn due to payments failures; implement new and alternative payment methods as warranted; manage payments vendors and processes within North America; work with engineering team to prioritize and implement continuous process improvement for payments success. Analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of our payment processes will all be part of your day-to-day.
This role is based in the US as a remote position. We will only consider candidates currently in the US and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
