As a Sr. Manager, People Operations you will be a member of our global HR team, reporting to the Global Director, People Operations. You will lead a team who will be responsible for the HR Service Delivery, audit and compliance, HR policies and procedures, global employee handbooks,  and supporting additional people related projects and programs. You will also collaborate with HR colleagues in the US, Canada, the Philippines, EMEA, India, China and other regions. You are detail oriented, comfortable leading a team and developing relationships with relevant stakeholders, and not intimidated by systems or data, also a team player that fundamentally believes we are stronger together.

What you’ll do:

Oversee and provide direction for global HR Service Delivery team, with a focus on automation, self-service and operational efficiency

Ensure HR audits and compliance trainings are up-to-date and complete with company parameters

Maintain current HR policies and draft new policies, in collaboration with legal, as the business requires

Work cross functionally on HR projects to keep the business efficient and growing. Key partners include facilities, legal, finance and internal communications

Maintain HR contracts and source new vendors in partnership with procurement to ensure that HR is leveraging best-in-class software platforms and 3rd party partners

Manage, lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of approximately 20 and ensure alignment across projects and programs to achieve business objectives (KPIs)

Collaborate effectively with other Talent Management, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to deliver on shared goals and objectives

Draft and arrange employee communications as needed in partnership with legal and HR leaders.

Co-create and regularly update the People knowledge hub (intranet) consisting of various employee forms, policy and FAQ documents

Provide counsel and training where needed to other members of the People Team on local policies, employment practices and payroll impact

Help to maintain employee handbooks, policy documents. Work closely with the Legal team and external advisors to ensure compliance with current local legislation

This role reports to the Global Director, People Operations

What you’ll have:

5+ years of experience in HR and People Operations roles, with escalating responsibilities and team management experience

Experience working with a global workforce 

Experience managing a global team

Strong knowledge of HR policies and experience crafting and updating policies

Experience with HCM systems (Workday) and familiarity with HRIS processes and procedures

Extremely detail-oriented with a proven ability to improve processes and systems

Eager to work in a global team and lean in to support other employee groups as needed

Service-minded, ‘Can do’, problem-solving attitude to both small and big tasks

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $113,000 and $161,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
