The salary range for this role, based in New York is $130,720.00 to $163,400.00. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The L3F Procurement Manager is responsible for the procurement of goods/services at the best possible price and sustainable quality, minimizing the exposure to potential risk and in compliance with the Global procurement strategy. They will assist in the development, execution and compliance of the PRNA Procurement Policy and procedures.  This includes working cross functionally to maximize value to PRNA and minimize risk through the selection, evaluation, contract development and on-going management of suppliers across the entire value chain. You will also support the development and management of vendor score cards, vendor KPIs, SLAs and contracts, creating worksheets and related analysis and reporting, identify savings opportunities and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver, while collaborating with both PRNA Market and Brand Companies to meet their requests and co-build procurement strategy. You will lead negotiations and manage supplier relationships.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Integrator Management through vendor’s reports, analytics, and inventory managementIdentify pockets of opportunities to optimize the catalogue, reduce stock / loss of materials, find synergies & better forecastingManage demand and identify performance opportunities by challenging internal stakeholder requestsManages the full spend, qualifies local vendors & develops/maintains the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) through market reviewsManages competitive bids for significant budget reduction and processes the vendor management program (QBR, innovation, productivity)Help develop the procurement strategy at the local level by collaborating effectively with HQ ProcurementActively collaborate with global, regional, and local business teams to ensure delivery on business needs, embodying the new posture of procurement as business partners with direct contribution to value creationManage the strategic sourcing and negotiation processes (1-on-1 negotiations, local / regional tenders, etc.)Negotiate, the best optimal terms and conditions and other aspects of supplyPrepare and issue timely contractual agreements in consultation with the relevant departmentsDevelop and manage supplier relationships at regional and local level: act as key interface with regional and local supplier & build strong and privileged relationshipsResolve supplier contractual issues and claims to optimize performance of the businessManage demand and identify performance opportunities by challenging internal stakeholder requestsActively collaborate with business functions to co-build procurement strategy and leverage complimentary skillsEstablish, harmonize, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure cost optimization and efficiencyActively participates in the Pernod Ricard Procurement transformation: lead development and implementation of best practices, procurement tools and processes, and implementation of global initiativesManage the relationship with suppliers, monitoring internal progress plansSet KPIs and targets to track team performance and adjust strategies as neededProvide Management with reports as requested including but not limited to summarizing key activities and issues, governance, S&R, savings, Supplier Diversity, and improvements achievedBe an active member of the procurement community: Participate in the sharing of best practices and improvement of various documents (benchmarks, guidelines, monitoring purchasing performance, etc.)

Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelors' degree in business, or related field.+ 4 year experience in A&P and at least 2 years of experience supporting POS/VAP planning and/or execution

Geographical Scope of the Position

RegionalBusiness travels to be expected: 5%-10%
