Sr. Manager, RSV Marketing - Launch Excellence

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1)Lead Launch Planning Tools (LPT): Spearhead the utilization and enhancement of launch planning tools to ensure effective execution and collaborative efforts across functions.2)Conduct Competitor Intelligence: Perform comprehensive competitor intelligence analysis to inform launch strategies and identify market opportunities.3)Manage Planning and Budgeting Processes: Oversee overall planning and budgeting processes, including L3 and LROP, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.4)Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate and strengthen collaboration among cross-functional teams to align on launch strategies and ensure seamless execution.5)Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports on launch progress, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.- Proficiency in English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.- A minimum of 5 years of experience in MNC pharmaceutical marketing or strategic planning or new product planning team. Experience with launch product planning and project management is highly desirable.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and driving cross-functional collaboration effectively.- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.- A strategic thinker with robust project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
