The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Role Overview: 

SAP Security Sr. Manager with in-depth experience in the full scope of ERP security as well as a strong knowledge of SAP GRC AC and PC. This individual will assist in defining and implementing the SAP Security strategy of ERP applications across the RTX organization. The right candidate will be well versed in implementing complex compliance toolsets with a broad scope of SAP security implementation experience.  

What You Will Do:

Support the design and implementation of an SAP Security solution involving information security and compliance needs.   Support and lead the SAP Security & Compliance team. Assist in the development and Implementation of Compliance tools such as SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control Work on complex compliance related problems where in-depth evaluation of security factors is required.  Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders.  

Qualifications You Must Have:  

 Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 7 years experience.Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Security or SAP GRC and/or Basis Manager.​ Experience in SAP security architecture and best practices.​ Experience in performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security solutions.​ Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and regulations. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.Must be willing to travel 25%-50% of time

Qualifications We Prefer:  

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-fxn teams Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity or related degree. An understanding of key Government requirements around DFARS/NIST  Strong technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including S4HANA, BW S4/HANA, GRC, GTS, SolMan, MDG, BTP, Ariba, GRC AC & PC, and related ERP applications  Experience in the execution and management of Information System’s (IS) incident response and administrative inquiries/investigations in collaboration with the Investigations department. Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT) Department and other Business Units.

Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
