Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary:** The core of this job is to lead Philippines Services Procurement, with a strong focus on business services (commercial + professional). This role will engage with functional leaders and key vendors to set and implement a strategic sourcing strategy and vendor management. Approach to support the business and procurement objectives. The Sr. Manager, Services Procurement role is responsible to drive flawless implementation of end-to-end sourcing under the global procurement guidelines for all Services in market, and to adapt Global/Regional strategies to the Philippines hub by connecting with both Division & Global Services Procurement Teams. In addition, this role is likely to be accountable to handle one spend category for overall APAC or one major regional procurement initiative, and will lead one or more local procurement team members. **Focus Spend Categories** + **Commercial: services related to selling our products to consumers, which includes:** + Paid media - TV, OLV, influencers, media partnerships, etc. + Agency fees - strategic agencies for media, creative, influencers, etc., as well as executional support for creative asset adaptations, extensions, etc. + Production - creation of marketing assets like commercials, key visuals, etc. + Innovation / Design - new product research and packaging design projects + Insights / Market Research - local consumer research studies, as well as local SOWs for major syndicated research firms + eCommerce - retail media and eComm enablement partners + Marketing - broad category capturing other types of spend not collected in above categories + **Professional Services: services related to supporting our employees, which includes:** + Real estate - office lease, serviced apartments, etc. + Employee benefits - primarily insurance, relocation, etc + Travel, Meetings, Events, & Fleet - preferred hotels, off-site summits/events, and lease agreements for company cars + Temp labor + IT - computers, network, telecom, etc. + Legal & consulting - fees for external counsel to advise business decisions + Others - training, recruiting, etc. + **For each of these categories, this role would be encouraged to:** + Analyze the current spend to identify key vendors, category trends, spend patterns, etc. + Develop a local sourcing strategy to meet the local business needs, which could often involve adapting an existing global/regional strategy for a key category/vendor + Implement sourcing strategy, including engaging vendors, conducting RFPs/RFQs, negotiations, contracting (with Legal support), etc. + Supervise performance of key vendors against contract/agreed KPIs, implement mitigation actions as needed, and gather feedback on vendor performance to update sourcing approach + **Additional Spend Categories** + Demand/CS&L: Spends related to logistics like freight (road, ocean, etc…), warehousing, customs, co-packing, etc. + Others: business spends like capex projects and on-going goods and services **Main Responsibilities:** + **Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management** + Develops and implements positive relationships with category partners to elevate the procurement role on delivering against business priorities. + Developing and implementing a procurement strategy that supports local commercial plans while delivering Procurement key targets (Growth, Financials, Resilience) + In-depth understanding of business priorities and regular interaction and alignment with the Management Team. + Providing regular updates to the Management Team on status vs. annual objectives, major projects, key issues, etc. + **Vendor Mgmt. and Procurement Process Implementation** + Elevates partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation, resilience, total value via customer of choice approach. + Leads Strategic supplier Top to top engagements and drives the Supplier Relationship Management program with identified supplier partners. + Establishes proven negotiation strategies for key commercial and professional spend categories, identifies and develops major cost reduction initiatives, gains local and regional/divisional alignment and delivers financial results. + Leads request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) for key projects through the procurement tools and processes + Ensuring that all Services Procurement mandates are respected (Services Procurement involvement with all spends, supplier creation, PO compliance, etc.) + Ensuring service and quality objectives are maintained and continuously improved, and all issues are resolved quickly. + Implementing metrics, tools, and new processes to optimize sourcing, supplier innovation and business simplification (ie.
