The role will lead the team’s effort to re-image the professional style, modality, and effectiveness of client communications to reflect the engaging, creative, and action-inspiring essence of the Concentrix brand.  This includes working with teams to develop thought leadership constructs, and then taking the lead role in ideating how best to convey these concepts visually and immersivity and brining those visuals to life for use with clients.

This role may also support our teams and clients with shaping and driving client conversations through the creation of “solution playbooks” that contain compelling propositions including ROI, financial outcomes, thought leadership, and proposal materials.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with the packaging and visualizations of market facing thought leadership pieces (from which content will be sourced by other members of the team).

This role will also create and nurture strong connections across the organization and help lead our brand centrally and externally through our pursuit based, client-facing communications.

Ideal candidates have experience partnering closely with executives and front line team members to create compelling stories and materials that enable C-Level conversations. The candidate should have extensive experience in taking detailed business concepts and building simplified and impactful visual and immersive thought construct materials.  Functional knowledge or exposure to CX technologies including Digital Strategy and Design, Digital Engineering, Intelligence and Analytics, Automation and Cloud Operations, as well as innovative technologies like IoT, Data Science, AI, ML, Block Chain, etc. in addition to Advisor Engagement Centers/Operations.


What You’ll Do

Help the team win and grow with clients as we help them achieve their CX and business goals with their consumers!Work with EVP, GVP, and VPs of Solutions and their teams (and its partner teams within Concentrix) to assist in development of thought constructs, and take the lead in converting those concepts into engaging and simplified client-facing materials.  Assist in developing value propositions (“playbooks”) for use in client pursuits.Leverage expertise in crafting solutions that span strategy, design, engineering, and operations.Work closely with Concentrix leadership and other stakeholders to drive awareness to our value propositions.Understand client needs and help teams define creative and simplified ways to communicate our commercial transformation solutions and their value props.Coordinate with internal stakeholders on playbook designs and best practices.Create scalable materials for both internal and external use, empowering sales and presales activities.

Qualifications

Very high-skilled and expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively ideate, design, and present information to internal and external audiences.    Experience in working within, and leading, client proposal efforts/teams.Expertise with a number of creative and content develop tools, including (but in no way limited to) photoshop (and/or other creative visual software), PowerPoint, dashboarding tools, video storyboarding/editing (live action, b-roll, software demo recordings, digital humans, animations, graphic overlays), GenAI based video creation, etc.Experience working directly with senior executivesStrong verbal, written communication, listening skills, and interpersonal skillsExcellent collaboration and team-building skillsAbility to travel where/when needed (travel is expected to be minimum in this role)Experience in the CX industry is preferredProven ability to lead a team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline oriented business environment    Ability to use data to gain meaningful insight and adopt changes to optimize future client-facing materials and playbook content and approach    Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees    Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvements    Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team    Proven ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuityBA/BS (or higher) degree in related field

The annual base salary range for this position is $100000- $125000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
