Business support responsibilities: 50%
Support BU level annual plan and budget process.Support cross-functional coordination such as brand team, sales team, medical team and etc. to deliver integrated solution based on business objective.Work closely with BU head as PMO to prepare kinds of business review materials and organize regular business meeting.Prepare routine business presentation upon request.Enable strategic initiatives implementation to support business growth: 30%
Prepare routine reports and strategic update for BU leadership team on key performance indicator status, sales performance, sales risk estimation, etc. to follow the strategic initiatives.Work with marketing team closely on structural analytic report flow to interpret internal and external data and capture market opportunityEnable BU leadership team to evaluate and track sales performance and brand plan effectiveness through appropriate KPIsProject responsibilities: 20%
Plan and execute the project according to the business needsIdentify additional business growth opportunity, assess the opportunity potential, and develop feasible business planJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in Science, Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant areas, MBA degree is highly preferredMinimum 5 years’ working experience in consulting firm and focus in pharmaceutical industryExcellent interpersonal skills and project management capabilitiesProficient in oral and written EnglishExperience and proven success in working with cross-functional teamsStrong business acumen, logical and strategic thinking abilityStrong communication and presentation skillsSecondary Job Description
