Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Capabilities, Master Data Management
**General Description:** The Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain Capabilities (GSCC) is responsible for the maintenance and governance of supply chain master data across all regions at BeOne Medicines. This role includes deploying, governing, auditing, analyzing, and other activities pertaining to the master data management of our products spanning across clinical and commercial supply chains. The Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain Capabilities (GSCC) influences, develops, and supports the Global Supply Chain Capabilities (GSCC) team’s master data vision and strategy. He/she will build strong relationships with BeOne Medicines functional leadership (including but not limited to Information Technology and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment of priorities and prompt resolution of critical issues. The Sr. Manager of GSCC requires strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, familiarity with systems / data / reporting solution architecture & supports model best practices, experience with SAP ERP systems and Master Data Management (MDM), and competency with sustaining compliance of GxP systems and processes. Strong cross-cultural awareness and communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary. **Responsibilities:** + Provide guidance to Supply Chain and cross functional teams on best practices and trends in Master Data space + Maintain master data in all systems related to product master data (i.e., SAP, IBP, serialization system) + Supports Global Supply Chain Strategic Roadmap in the development and maintenance for systems, data, reporting, process optimization, and related change management activities + Work with stakeholders (IT & Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) on development of data requirements and standards + Develop and implement master data governance model + Manage and lead master data-relevant projects and initiatives + Guide implementation of master data business processes and system design solutions for both Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain groups + Support the development of data-relevant Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and processes + Support training materials development, to ensuring robust business knowledge sustainment model and effective training for internal & external end users + Ensure systems/data and supporting documentation are compliant with all Regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 13 as well as in accordance with BeOne Medicines’ SOPs and processes + Ensure appropriate system access and functionality across all functions and countries at BeOne Medicines user locations while taking into consideration GxP, ICFR, and other regulatory compliance related factors + Additional responsibilities as required **Supervisory Responsibilities:** Yes **Education Required:** Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar education required. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, SAP master data management, information technology, or relevant fields. **Competencies:** + Demonstrates experience and strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes + Understands comprehensive global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (i.e., cGMP, GDP) + Demonstrates knowledge of SAP ERP system setup, functionality, and MDM governance + Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills + Strong collaboration and excellent team skills to be successful in cross-functional and multi-cultural team leadership **Other Qualifications** : Ability to accommodate flexible working hours due to the nature of global team / company structure **Travel** : Up to 20% All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
