Job DescriptionPosition Summary
Global Endpoint Operations manage the Endpoint Systems that connect the Visa’s Client globally for transaction processing, clearing and settlement. The team is responsible for all technical aspects of the endpoint lifecycle from project initialization, system installation and maintenance, operational support to system disconnection. The engineer is responsible for project management and implementation of endpoint projects, working with global clients, vendors, and Visa Internal team to expand access of Visa products and services globally.
Responsibilities
Mentor, manage and motivate system engineers and set clear priorities to achieve department and company goals.
Provide project management, technical advice and support to Visa’ Client institutions and processors to ensure customers expectation are exceeded.
Project Coordination and proper documentation and update of task
Create implementation scripts for vendor’s field engineers and support team for installation and activation
Perform installation of Linux system with the help of on-site vendor engineer remotely
Proactively work with Global Support groups and/or client or vendors to provide flexible and nimble solution for client issues and resolve system problems quickly
Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
Ensure that all server deployment follow Visa security guidelines and report any non-compliance.
Communicate and work cordially in global team with teammate from different culture and in time zone.
Participate as a member of an on-call rotation to support multiple systems during off-hours
From time to time flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Act as Change and ServiceNow Coordinator to ensure all incidents and changes are in compliance to ITIL and ServiceNow Rule.
Act as Inventory Record Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely update of inventory
Proactively work with leaders to implement improvement and help push the team to achieve better efficiency and advancing in technical knowledge.
Act as lockdown coordinator to ensure all servers going into productions are locked down and pass OAC
Act as Coordinator for centralize change and managing the request and coordinating the work between various internal group
Act as Change Coordinator to Process, Assign and Report EAS, VMG, & VFG changes assigned to GEOIMAC
Provide guidance for Junior Engineers on technical knowledge and processes.
Act as Implementation Coordinator to Process, Assign and Report EAS Installation, Move and Decommission request assign to GEOIMAC
Work with Development and 3rd Level Support to test out new Product and Patches process and document learning and feedback to EASSUP for any update required
Help create and maintain documentation of existing and new process and procedure for BAU implementation
Successful and on time Implementation of Simple Non Standard IMAC project that is regional or global
Support the Director and Senior Director for Reporting and Audit Management
Backup for GEOIMAC Director in respective time zone and PTO and Senior Director for Reporting and Audit Management
Act as Specialist for all platform (EA, VMG, VFG). Own and work with EASSUP to ensure all PBI are resolved
Validate projects' Monthly Billing

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
-8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of
relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
-9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or
more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,
MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
-Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field
-Linux Certifications - LPIC, Linux+, LFCS, OCA, RCSA
-PMP / PRINCE2
-3 ITIL Practitioner Certification
-Basic HTML, Programming or Scripting Language
-Understand XML, JSON and XSLT
-Encryption Security Technology like SSL and IPSEC
-7 Years working Experience IT Operations and Delivery
-Ability to effectively perform problem isolation and resolution of critical
systems in order to have the least amount of impact and downtime
-Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service
experience.
-Must exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under minimum
supervision
-Ability to assess and analyze technical situations and provide viable
alternatives

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 152,200.00 to 220,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
