Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Manager Recruiting to lead our Sourcing organization across Japan and APAC. This person will help support the rapid growth of our Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Services organizations as we continue to evolve our recruiting model. You will play a large role in helping to define how we operate and iterate our model as you work to understand the organization’s immediate and future talent needs. You will oversee a Recruiting Leader as well as lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Sourcing Recruiters to deliver against key hiring goals; all while having fun and building a dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the growth and development of the Sourcing Recruiting team while driving accountability and performancePartner with cross-functional Recruiting teams to deliver against hiring targets across the Japan and APAC regionsPartner with Sr. Recruiting Leadership team on Global Sourcing initiatives and programsDeliver reporting to drive transparency against key performance metrics, progress of major initiatives, and identify areas opportunity to improve performanceCreate a healthy team culture of trust and support driven by Salesforce’s Behaviors and ValuesCreate and maintain an environment of continuous improvement that advocates self-learning and peer-led team empowerment to unleash the team’s full potentialCompile and analyze key metrics to influence strategy with data-driven decisions to enable future growth plans, resource planning and our delivery modelContinuously test and implement new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that drive the collective success of the team

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of recruiting experience with minimum of 5 years of direct people leadership and experience leading people managersDemonstrated success developing strong internal partnerships in order to gain support, influence and achieve cross-functional results across companyExceptional operational experience in reporting, data analysis, and collaboration to drive strategyExcellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leaders to establish credibility and build trustBackground/understanding of tech industry help develop the sourcing team members along with building relationships with key business and recruiting stakeholdersFluency in English and Business Level Japanese required
