Sr. Manager, Talent & Employee Relations
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Work partnering with Business leaders implementing HR initiatives to support business growth. And diagnose HR needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to handle HR related issues. + Counsel Business leaders and employees related people concerns, and issues. + Analyze, design, and develop people programs, policies and practices to enhance positive employee relations. Support development and execution of ER programs. + Provide support for implementation of the talent review and development programs that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent. + Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for Performance Management and Quality Improvement policy development. + Ensure that organization-wide talent management and Performance Management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness + Supervise Talent acquisition process, learning programs for employees, and Employee engagement programs. **Who You Are:** + Ability to drive HR processes and deliver quality HR services in a fast paced, dynamic and matrix environment + Knowledge about Korean labor laws and practices + Superior communication skills with excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills. + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. + Good work ethics, strong partnership skills, and problem solving **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Min 10-15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in MNC or a large organization with diversified industries/business activities, covering broad spectrum of HR functions/ responsibilities + Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, Law or related field + Employee relations and/or Labor relations experience preferred **Our Offer To You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
