Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a seasoned Transformation leader to own some of the highest priority and highest complexity initiatives on our organization’s pre-press organization. Pre-press is the >100 person organization that builds every design template, re-touches every image, edits/reviews all text, and assembles all these assets into a ready to print file. This is our digital factory and as we grow – we need to scale how we operate. The Manager will report directly to the EVP of Operations. Given the team’s end-to-end mandate, this role will be expected to 1) Analyze and optimize current workstreams and process flows 2) partner with key cross functional stakeholders in creating new processes and technical solutions to enable exponential growth. Within the first 6 months, you will…
Double our pre-press capacity and define the path to enable future capacity expansion across people, process, and technology Implement performance management to better identify opportunity areas and the continuous improvement infrastructure capture them Own multiple high-impact business initiatives simultaneously and work cross-functionally to ensure executional / strategic success Set goals, drive large programs & analytics, present progress updates, and deliver recommendations to senior leaders Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to further Collectibles’ knowledge base and thought leadership within the industry.The Ideal Candidate:
Miramar, FL or Dallas / Coppell, TX based (or willingness to relocate) 5-7 years of transformation experience, with a preference for consulting, turn-around, or PE experience in back-office or service operations environments (like our digital factory) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, economics, accounting or similar. MBA Preferred. Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen Has experience building teams, defining process, and operating during periods of high growth – with a proven track record of integrating teams and navigating multiple cultures Team-first management mindset, with a passion for solving problems collaboratively with their direct reports Superior project management skills, with the ability to apply a structured approach across multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects. Strong intellectual horsepower; superior reasoning and analytical skills, proven track record of translating insights into actionable strategies. Interpersonal skills that allow them to engage and collaborate with a wide variety of backgrounds and skill levels.
