* Position Title: Sr. Manager, Transformation* * Job Location: Hershey, PA* * Summary:* The Senior Manager of Transformation will lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of change programs that align with the company’s vision and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of change management principles, and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. * Role Responsibilities:* * * Transformation Planning and Execution* o Develops and executes transformation strategies that support the organization’s long-term objectives. o Oversees multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. o Solves problems around budget and resourcing gaps o Connects project resources to areas of needed support to accelerate project delivery o Manages and mentor a team of transformation professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. * * Performance Monitoring and Executive Communication* o Establishes metrics and KPIs to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, and report on these to senior management. o Assists with the implementation of tracking tools and processes aligned with Transformation team guidance. o Establishes regular cadence, process, and format for tracking performance o Develops and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications to various audiences (including Executive Committee audience), ensuring transparency and understanding of transformation efforts. o Creates global process documentation standards and work with functional experts to ensure that all HR processes are properly documented and updated as needed. o Identify risks, inconsistencies, and potentially confusing elements of the process by employee group; utilize systems and communications to minimize impact to user experience. o Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. * * Change Management* o Partners with business owner and change management (OCM / Agile team) to define change plans, including: change impact analysis, change value, and timeline. o Collaborates with business owner and communication lead to define critical messages and effectively communicate required actions and available resources to employees. * Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:* * Knowledge of commercial processes, e.g., customer planning, integrated dynamic planning, etc. * Proven ability to effectively lead teams through delegation, coaching, and feedback * Experience building business cases and project charters * Proven ability to create Executive Committee level communications * Proven ability to partner with internal and external customers * Experience with influencing others to achieve goals / milestones * Project management experience * Knowledge of change management process * Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint with a focus on defining business problems, solutions, teams, and program updates. * Demonstrated knowledge of end to end business process, measurement, and transformation * Qualifications:* * Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience. * Experience: o Minimum of 8 to 10 years progressively responsible management experience in an environment in which one or more of the following have occurred: o Demonstrated competency in defining and implementing enterprise transformation strategies o Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems o Solved large-scale business problems in ambiguous environment The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
