Job Description
This position is responsible for the strategic planning of the shipboard marine workforce for the designated brand. This includes strategic leadership in par level management, succession planning, demographic and diversity planning and tracking, and new hire placement for the brand. This position will work daily in close partnership with CAM Planning team, Brand Marine Operations Leaders, Shipboard HR Business Partners, and shipboard teams as well as collaborate with colleagues in HR shared services, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Scheduling, and Travel. This role will organize the different strategic approaches and tasks applied to guarantee the flawless continuation of service. Review the global marine scheduling needs all company brands including new builds, modernizations, and special projects in managing the marine scheduling team to fulfill the needs to par. Employees may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field is required or 10 years senior management experience in human resources / shipboard experience an advantage
-Minimum five years progressive experience in Human Resource Management and minimum three years of management experience.
-Minimum of three years in employee relations investigating, negotiating and resolving grievances and conflicts, preferably in a multi-cultural, diverse environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Ability to speak additional languages for the APAC region null
