Requisition ID: 74943 Description Responsibilities + Strategically lead and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, output, and cost-effectiveness. + Take charge of delivery schedules, implementing strategies to meet and exceed customer demands through meticulous planning and execution. + Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the production of flawless, high-quality products. + Spearhead initiatives to improve overall productivity by identifying and implementing streamlined workflows and efficient resource allocation. + Develop comprehensive training programs for operators, ensuring they possess the skills necessary for excellence in dicing, electrical final test, and visual inspection. + Create and manage a dynamic workforce capable of seamlessly adapting to fluctuations in demand, providing consistent coverage across all manufacturing facets. + Implement effective cost-control strategies without compromising quality or delivery timelines, contributing to overall operational profitability. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and implementing changes to enhance manufacturing processes and outcomes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of manufacturing activities with broader organizational goals. Required Experience and Skills + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. + Proven experience in high-volume, high-mix electronics manufacturing. + Demonstrated success in improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing on-time delivery. + Strong leadership skills with a focus on employee training, development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including dicing, electrical final test, and visual inspection. + Experience in quality assurance to ensure product excellence.
