As the Senior Beverage Manager you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the operation of Beverage Operations in bars, lounges and the casino floor.Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.Scheduling, training and evaluating Beverage Operations staff, ensuring quality, appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards. Job Requirements:

 

 

QualificationsCandidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a high end, high-volume, luxury hotel/restaurant beverage or banquet department with at least 1 year in a senior position is preferred.Candidate must exhibit advanced service, beverage and cocktail knowledge.Computer skills including MS Office and Point of Sales systems are preferred.Candidate must be able to lead and work self-managed. * Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times I am able to perform my job in the Job Detail
