Primary Function/Purpose

·       The (Sr.) Brand Manager position is primarily focused on new product launch and incretin business.

·       It will be required to fully understand the market, HCP and patient insights, create brand plan and product strategies, design and execute external brand solutions, engage KOL and external stakeholders.

·       (Sr.) Brand Manager will collaborate with external partners as well as multiple cross-functional members such as Medical, CA, MCE, SFE, Sales Training, Supply Chain, etc. to conduct launch preparation and big rock progress tracking, the objective is to ensure a successful launch of the new product and maximize China patients’ access to it.  

·       The ability to synthesize customer insights to brand strategy, conduct insightful market analysis, drive innovative and effective brand communication, influence thought leader and drive environment shaping as well as promotional campaign execution will be a key successful factor for this job.

Key Responsibilities

·       ​Create brand strategy, develop commercialization and execution plan

·       ​Discover and synthesize deep customer insight, identify unmet needs in therapeutic areas

·       Understand market dynamics and conduct data analysis

·       ​Develop and execute environment shaping and customer solutions by collaborating with business partners

·       ​Localize and develop brand materials and education contents

·       ​Identify and engage thought leaders in targeted therapeutic areas, establish and lead key relationships with external KOLs 

·       ​Drive TL advisory board, to explore customer insights

Internal Communication

·       ​Deliver brand strategy to the sales force

·       Lead solution communication with sales force and cross-functional teams.

·       ​Drive internal business solution planning process (i.e. LRS, CP, OP, etc.)

​Essential Qualification

​Bachelor degree and above
