We are hiring for a Sr. Mgr. FP&A Corporat to join our growing team! Thisis a hybrid role!

This role will serve as a key business advisor to the Senior Management team, contributing value added analysis that will help tell the results story, as well as where results can be improved. This role interacts often with essential Corporate functions, such as IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and our production areas such as Labs and Distribution Center.

Job Description

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

Manages, organizes, and leads the consolidation of the annual planning / budgeting process project.Leads the preparation of the monthly and quarterly Corporate forecasting process.Controls our Long-Range Plan model and supporting schedules in the development of our multi-year projections.Interacts directly with Corporate Department owners, such as IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and our production areas such as Labs and Distribution Center, to build forward-looking plans.Supports quarterly earnings release and reporting cycles.Primary developer of presentations to our Board of Directors for the quarterly CFO updates.Key author and auditor of various reports used across various reporting requirements, including ad hoc requests to support Management.Conducts analysis of weekly and monthly results, trends and variance to plans.Supports the monthly close process by conducting variance analysis and helping prepare portions of the Monthly Financial Package, a go-to resource for the Executive Team.Develops and leads a team to support the Department work streams.

Qualifications

Work Experience

8+ years of finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. ((Required))4-6 years of financial reporting and planning systems/software experience. Oracle EPM preferred. ((Required))3+ years of managing people. ((Required))

Education

Four year college degree or equivalent experience. (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)
