**Position Summary**
The role of Senior Manager of Engagement and Volunteerism will create and drive innovative strategies to improve colleague engagement, rally around our purpose and support CRGs, DEIB and wellbeing initiatives that are unique to CVS Health. As we rethink how to support our colleagues and their commitment to community, this position will need to create new strategies that engage colleagues and leverage our technology to capture the work, expand the opportunities and provide guidance and assistance so leaders can embrace engagement for their teams wherever they reside.
A successful candidate will be comfortable with technology, be organized with experience in project management and drive activities and events that align with our culture and build momentum while managing engagement and volunteerism for the enterprise by creating tools and resources to support more than 300,000 colleagues.
**Required Qualifications**
**Knowledge of:**
+ 7+ years of general business experience
+ Proven experience using Cybergrants or similar volunteer platform
+ Proven experience managing internal and external projects in volunteerism or similar nature
+ Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
**Preferred Qualifications**
**Knowledge of:**
+ Project management and event management is important and equals the experience of volunteerism
+ Public speaking, computer presentations, virtual learning will assist in driving enthusiasm and results
+ Be a self-motivated, self-starter who can jump in and drive engagement and improvements
**Education**
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equal years of appropriate experience may be considered
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
