The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative problem solver who works collaboratively with cross functional teams. In this position, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis and support special projects within the organization that seek to increase the Company’s overall profitability.   As part of a fast paced and rapidly changing organization, you will model financial cases and present such cases to key stakeholders.   

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

Collaborate with key partners in the Commercial Organization to improve business results by recognizing key levers and making fact-based recommendations to improve category volume and profit

Develop capital cases and discounted cash flow financial models for evaluating capital investments for strategic business cases that will enable the organization to make decisions on expanding current capacity or investing in new capabilities

Collaborate with Product Managers to review and analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities to drive category growth

Create pro-forma economics for large customer bids, provide analytical guidance and complete post audits on awarded business volume and profit

Analyze, research, and implement best practices as appropriate to support ongoing process improvement

Prepare monthly SG&A trackers that provide spend variances to budget and prior periods for all SG&A expenses in the Company.

Support the financial budgeting process of a Company with annual revenue of approximately $6 Billion.

Track productivity savings generated through new initiatives undertaken by supply chain and research and development teams.

Create presentations for senior leadership that tell the story of the Company’s financial performance.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have The Following Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.   An advanced degree in business is desired

A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a financial role requiring extensive analysis

Experience in a fast-paced consumer product, manufacturing, food service, or consultancy environment is a plus

Understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts

Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Must have strong attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

Must possess strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environment

Understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.

Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.

Salary range: $102,170 - $134,100

salary offers vary commensurate with experience, skills, training, and education.
