REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree with 1 year as a manager/supervisor and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in human services or healthcare setting OR Bachelor’s Degree required with 3 years as a manager/supervisor and minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a human service or a healthcare setting.Experience working in mental health residential, substance use treatment and/or homeless services strongly preferred.Must have excellent communication skills both written/oral along with great attention to detail relating to documentation, deadlines, and other deliverableAccess to a vehicle is required.Act 33/34/73 clearancesPre-employment Drug TestSCHEDULE: (exempt/salary position)

ABOUT THE ROLE: Leadership Scope:Oversees all homeless prevention and intervention programs, including Street Outreach Services, Medical Respite, and the 905 Watson Clinical Care Resource Center.Collaboration: Works closely with the Vice President of Community & Wellness Services and the Executive Leadership Team.Operational Oversight:
Ensures programs operate effectively and align with Pittsburgh Mercy's mission and standards.Implements and enforces organizational policies and establishes departmental goals.Program Management:
Provides strategic leadership in preventing and addressing housing instability.Explores and integrates new service opportunities for at-risk populations.Finance & Resources:
Manages financial planning, budgeting, and operational analysis.Oversees human resources, ensuring proper staffing and team development.Quality & Compliance:
Maintains compliance with laws, standards, and regulations.Drives customer satisfaction and ensures high service quality.Autonomous Decision-Making:
