Sr. Manager Master Data Governance

**Data Governance Framework Development and Implementation** + Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide master data governance framework to ensure data quality, compliance, and security. + Define and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for data governance. + Monitor adherence to governance protocols and recommend adjustments to address evolving business needs. + Ensure master data integrity across SAP, Azure, and eCommerce platforms. **Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement** + Define and drive a strategic roadmap for data governance and master data management initiatives. + Evaluate current systems and processes to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement. + Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data governance initiatives. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative tools and methodologies. **Financial and Operational Data Leadership** + Lead efforts to address challenges in financial processes, including revenue recognition and service order management within SAP. + Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to align master data processes with organizational goals. + Optimize master data workflows to support critical financial and operational decision-making. **Resource and Team Management** + Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team responsible for master data governance and business applications. + Oversee onshore and offshore teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational priorities. + Conduct capacity planning to allocate resources effectively across initiatives. + Mentor team members, fostering professional development and a culture of excellence. **Technology Integration and Project Leadership** + Lead cross-functional projects integrating master data processes with SAP, SFDC, and other enterprise platforms. + Oversee the delivery of application-related projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. + Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. + Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and BI tools to enhance data-driven decision-making. **Qualifications** **What You'll Bring:** + **Leadership & Team Management** : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor direct reports, and supervise large-scale technology and enterprise projects. + **Project & Program Expertise** : Extensive experience managing complex initiatives, including ERP migrations (Oracle to SAP), cloud transitions, and eCommerce platform implementations, utilizing Agile and traditional methodologies. + **Technical Proficiency** : Deep expertise in SAP Variant Configuration, order management, and SD processes, with a track record of building custom APIs and optimizing licensing systems. + **Operational Impact** : Delivered significant results by reducing lead times, improving system scalability, and enhancing server performance to support 25K users and 1M+ instances. + **Strategic Achievements** : Experience aligning technology initiatives with business goals, solving critical challenges such
