Role and Responsibilities:

1. 1st level medical reviewer of PEMs of relevant brands: ensure the approved promotional and educational material is compliant with local regulation, corporate policy; consistent with China Label and supported by  accurate medical and scientific information

1)Responsible for the medical accuracy and scientific nature of the promotional materials, including checking "data on file” and all other references;

2)Responsible for confirmation on whether the material is on-label;

3)Responsible for finalize the approval on time according to SOP requirement;

4)Expert of PEM related corporate policies;

5)Familiar with, and keep updated about relevant disease knowledge, product label and data.

2. PEM ambassador helping material owners to improve the quality of PEMs:

1)Regularly provide feedback to Brand team and material owner to improve the quality of PEMs;

2)Actively contribute to the continuous optimization of review process;

Requirements:

1)Medical training related background with Master Degree

2)At least 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical company

3)Broad functional expertise in pharmaceutical company in medical or other related business sections.

4)Ability of driving decision marking process,  build relationship, engage and influence key stakeholders, including external and internal ones.

5)Strong compliance sense, diligent adherence to business integrity principles

6)Excellent communication , interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skill
