The Sr. Manager of Inventory Control at Tricolor Holdings oversees the inventory control team and is responsible for executing processes to ensure full accountability of all transit units and inventory. This role requires collaboration with all Supply Chain groups to meet inventory goals, cost targets, and implement continuous improvement projects.

Sr. Manager of Inventory Control Compensation and Benefits

Sr. Manager of Inventory Control Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree, required. 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management. Power BI, Excel, and SQL proficiency. Experience leading a team in high-volume, fast-paced operations. Working knowledge of inventory control methods, financial implications of inventory, and regulatory/compliance requirements regarding inventory Adept at picking up new technologies and utilizing them to the organization's advantage. Possess a high level of professionalism and handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity. Polished communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) Extremely attentive to details. Collaborative. Able to pass a drug test and background check

 Sr. Manager of Inventory Control Responsibilities

Manage all inbound transportation operations. Define productivity metrics for the Inventory Control team and manage the team toward established goals. Identify productivity opportunities through reporting, automation, or process redesign. Ensure data integrity for all units in inventory. Review Sales inventory for mixed quality and direct feedback to Supply Chain department heads for improvement. Continuously monitor carrier performance for delivery times and cost. Administrate periodic physical inventory audits and direct actions to improve count integrity. Perform self-directed analyses targeting under-performing processes affecting inventory integrity, mix quality, delivery lead times, etc.
