Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer with 14 to 16 years of experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive protocols CANoe & CANalyzer and C++. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing automotive systems ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to the companys innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of automotive systems using C++ and automotive protocols.Oversee the integration and testing of CANoe & CANalyzer tools to ensure seamless communication within automotive systems.Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design specifications.Conduct thorough testing and validation of automotive systems to ensure reliability and performance.Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing effective solutions to maintain system integrity.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all phases of the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all automotive projects.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.Mentor and train junior engineers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and industry trends.Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance the companys competitive edge.Support the implementation of hybrid work models ensuring effective communication and collaboration across remote and on-site teams.Qualifications
