Pharm/B.Sc. + MBA (Preferred) **Experience:** 3 to 5 Years of Sales Training, 5 years of Man Management Experience, 10 to 12 Years of Pharma Industry ( Sales Management) **Industry Preference:** Pharma only **Job Location:** Mahakali Office, Andheri, Mumbai **Job Summary:** + To design, deliver and measure Sales Training for allotted Business Divisions (India Business) **Responsibilities:** + To design and deliver following Sales Training Programs; + Pravesh (Sales Executive Induction Program) + Basic Training Programs (Diseases / Product / Selling Skills Training) + Refresher Training programs (technical and soft skills training for existing sales staff of allotted divisions) + Manager Induction programs + E learning programs + To conduct / impart on the job training through joint field work + To prepare Case studies and product / medical test papers for CPP + Update and create training material on ongoing basis + To conduct TNA to ascertain training needs + Networking with stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly with Business to ensure effectiveness of training inputs.
