Guide the Squad/ Agile Team focusing on creating high value releases within committed timePartner with Product Owner to ensure strategy and execution alignmentCoach and ensure that the Squad/ Agile Team gains efficiency, increase performance and autonomy by understanding and applying OLM, and drive change managementMake sure a Squad/ Agile Team lives the values and practices of Agility with mindset of embracing Change, be transparent and practice inspect and adapt relentlesslyFacilitates (and be primarily responsible for) all the Squad/ Agile Team’s rituals and key events such as Sprint planning, Squad/ Agile Team updates ( Daily or Weekly standup/ loop-in meeting/ Collaboration/ Short interval meetings etc.), Review & RetrospectionMaintain execution of backlog within the agreed timebox in compliance with the OLM MilestonesKeeps the PPM updated with latest info on Epic and data quality.Provide progress status and escalate impediments on a regular basisIdentify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Squad/ Agile Team impedimentsDrive the decision-making process and Risk Management for the Squad/ Agile Team
