- Sr. Manager ensures technical resource quality on all Connectivity development teams
- Collaborates with other peer leaders on the technical staff augmentation, vendor relationships for the development groups, and the associated budgets.
- Ensures application infrastructure security posture compliance of all Connectivity custom solutions/works with technical leads on platform technical debt and code quality.
- Establishes and documents SDLC standards in the group, and coaches/mentors support of technical leads and developers, in collaboration with architects/department leads.
- Influences Technical Leads goals/performance.
- Collaborates with Network/Infrastructure Architects on research and adoption of new deployment platforms for our customers application infrastructure.

Annual salary ranging from 145-155K.
