YOUR ROLE Facilitates / manages development and implementation of corporate, business or function strategy Manages or executes strategic (incl. M&A) and change projects, transformational initiatives Develops and ensures roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g. resource allocation, org. / operating model design) Collaborates with top / senior management on all aspects of the organization’s business development policies and initiatives Performs internal and external benchmarking analyses / analysis of future scenarios to assess future business development Supports M&A projects and lead Supply Chain Due Diligence teams Drives process for global strategic resource allocation and org. design (Target Structure) Advances consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model) YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in engineering (or similar) with strong technical background. Business is a plus. 10 years professional experience in Manufacturing, Operations, HSE on local and regional level. Global experience is a plus International experience preferred Strong project management skills in a multinational environment Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality Ability to lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Strong change manager that can persuade & lead with conviction Flexibility to travel worldwide based on requirement
