Sr. Manager Strategy & Operation, Neuroscience BU

With the upcoming launch of our breakthrough therapy for Alzheimer's Disease and the creation of the Neuroscience Business Unit in China, our ability in the coming period to Accelerate, Reach and Scale flawlessly to deliver our financial commitments and support the patients the most in need will be key.

In this context, we are looking forward to strengthening our management team with the addition of a Strategy & Operation senior manager, reporting to the BU Head. The COO will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from standardizing our ways of working and how we drive commercial excellence across the business model and country, working hand-in-hand with the BU teams and cross-functional partners, to more ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects helping us preparing the BU for the next stages of its development.

While the tasks will be evolving, below are key responsibilities of the COO :

Manage BU meetings including business reviews, extended leadership meetings, and teams offsite workshops

Design BU dashboards and tracking governance for the different strategic priorities and operational indicators

Support the continuous optimization of our commercial go-to-market model, working closely with CMO and Finance teams

Support the commercial channels strategy and operations tracking working closely with Commercial and PRA teams

Support BU Head in the coordination and preparations for meetings with senior leadership, including PBRC, SB, SP, Global etc.

Desirable Requirements and Essential Qualification

Bachelor in either life science or business

Masters in business related field is a plus

Experience with field teams (Sales, KAM, Commercial)

Experience in neuroscience is a plus

Experience with new product launch and sales force sizing is a plus

Strategic consulting experience is a plus

Very good command of English, written oral

Very good command of Powerpoint, Excel
