**Sr. Manager Supply Chain, Inventory Optimization**

**Opportunity**
The Manager-Inventory Optimization role is responsible for establishing optimum inventory levels by product, inventory targets and driving achievement of inventory health targets. A key aspect of this role is to drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action of both short and excess inventory positions. This position will lead a team of two and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Product Management, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, and any other department relevant to the management, alignment and execution of inventory optimization proposals.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Proactive analysis of inventory levels versus target to understand opportunities for improvement.
+ Tracking corrective analysis to completion and measuring effectiveness.
+ Ensuring best practices are deployed across categories for Inventory Planning, especially by providing guidance to Supply Planning.
+ Consolidating inventory forecasts and management reporting.
+ Owning overall KBNA inventory targets and results, where targets to support Category Business Team objectives.
+ Developing, deploying and supporting tools & reports to provide early alerts on inventory issues.
+ Communicating promptly and effectively on the inventory issues and develop action plans to solve them including development of presentations to senior leadership.
+ Monitoring safety stock levels, perform root cause analysis on any issues discovered, and driving the processes for updates, regular and ad hoc.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required: Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance or Engineering.
+ At least 5-7 years of leadership experience in supply chain management using relevant inventory management tools.
+ APICS/IBF or other related certification is preferred
+ Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and cost reduction initiatives

_The salary range for this position is $131,450 - $169,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
