In this role a typical day may include:

Act as a leader for the Supply Operations function and assure alignment between the various Supply Chain subgroupsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and enhances Supply Operations process development by communicating performance standards and developing improvement initiativesMonitor key milestones associated with the execution of supply orders and effectively identify potential risks to the timelineAssesses potential issues against specific orders and cross-functionally coordinate mitigation plans to maintain original timeline or reduce delay and impactNegotiate and build long lasting partnerships with Supply Chain partners, both internal and external to the organizationEnsure timely and accurate communication to external and internal partners regarding availability and status updates of ordered products

To be considered for this Sr. Manager role you must have a bachelor’s degree in any of the physical or biological sciences, chemical engineering, or business, and 9+ years of experience in a biopharmaceutical/biotech GMP production facility, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous management experience is required.
