Sr. Manager - Technical HR Transformation

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical HR Transformation Manager to drive, under direction, our HR transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role combines strategic HR management with technical expertise in HR systems programming. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HR systems, including UKG solutions, and have a proven track record in change management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency in HR processes. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES HR Transformation Leadership: Manage HR technology project team Lead and manage HR transformation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of critical, HR processes. Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement and automation. Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs and design solutions. HR Systems Programming: Lead and maintain HR systems and applications to meet organizational needs in partnership with HRIT. Implement the setup of benefit plans, payroll functionality and other technical requirements in HR software, ensuring seamless integration with new and existing UKG solutions, including those that interact with Post’s third-party providers. Work with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems. Provide support and troubleshooting for HR systems and applications. Project Management: Oversee development and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during technology upgrades and process improvements. Oversee and drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Inspire and mentor HR team members to embrace technological advancements and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Plan, execute, and oversee HR transformation projects from inception to completion. Oversee and manage development of project timelines, and resource plans. Ensure projects run on budget. Monitor and report on project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, other departments, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of HR systems with Post’s business objectives. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Provide training and support to HR staff on new systems and processes. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR transformation initiatives, partner with Post’s data analytics team, as necessary. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management and HR systems programming. Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java. Experience with HR software systems (e.g., UKG, Kronos). Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid leadership and interpersonal skills leading to strong working relationships. Ability to train, develop, manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Track record for identifying, developing and implementing creative solutions for operational effectiveness. Experienced in leading change and driving user adoption. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering technology projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance preferred. Proficiency in using data-driven decision making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a hybrid position located in Brentwood, Missouri. In-office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Work from home days are Mondays and Fridays.
