Job Summary:

The program manager will serve as a supporting subject matter expert to the Technical Safety and Programs team. The scope of work includes program ownership, reviews/updates, and publishing to ensure all H&S programs are consistent and scalable. This role will also include special Health and Safety Project management.

 

Job Specifications:

Outlet: Broomfield, CO - Hybrid 

The budgeted range starts at $76,841.70 - $100,034.21. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

 

Job Responsibilities:

Own, develop, and implement programs regarding technical safety programs, including but not limited to Electrical, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, etc.  Own the creation of all components of program management including procedures, trainings, evaluations, implementation plans, communication plans, and other tools/resources to ensure successful management and rollout of programs  Understand the equipment and practices of the Operations Teams, and determine where H&S direction is needed within operational programs, including Lift Maintenance, Lift Operations, Building Maintenance, F&B and others.  Understand the business initiatives of the company, and identify any program gaps related to scaling in the future.  Partner with the H&S Insights and Strategic Services team to create program resources for field utilization.  Manage technical safety projects that support enterprise H&S programs including Electrical, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, etc.  Additional duties as assigned to support the department and company.

 

Job Requirements:

BS in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or similar required  3-5 years’ experience working in Health and Safety or related field   CSP, CIH, CHST or other H&S certifications  Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), Safety Management Systems

 

Preferred:

Familiarity with the OSHA and state specific programs  Experience analyzing, and advising on safety data analytics   Experience leading and implementing change and projects  Comprehensive knowledge of H&S program hierarchies

 

The expected pay range is $76,841.70 - $100,034.21. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
