taking into account the planning variables to be determinedPlan complex operating equipment based on capacity and staff deployment plans to be drawn up; define
type, extent, and number necessary production equipment (Determine available internal capacities for the construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs
and prepare suggestions for internal or external procurementEvaluate risks using Core Tools and taking customer requirements into consideration as well as
developing and implementation of improvement actionsAgreeing and following up targets with the Project Manager or the Operations Readiness Manager in terms
of quality, costs and timing
