Your role at Baxter
Examine, diagnose and correct operational problems related to the equipment in the process of manufacturing and plant building areas. Validate project to improve efficiency of the production machine.

Work within a cross functional team on the creation or modification of:Process flow within the Manufacturing DepartmentManufacturing Work Instructions and related documentsField Service procedures and manualsFixtures, tooling, equipment and systemsIQ, OQ, and PQ of fixtures, tooling, and equipmentCreate, release and train personnel on, new procedures, instructions, fixtures, tooling and systems.Investigate and resolve manufacturing difficulties including, but not limited to:Non-Conformance Material evaluations and dispositionsComponent or assembly substitution evaluations and approvalsDeviations and rework instructionsResolution of CAPA’sInvestigation and Root Cause AnalysisCorrective ActionPreventative ActionMeasures of EffectivenessWhat you'll bring
BS degree in Engineering3-5 years related experienceDisplay a solid technical understanding of engineering principles and procedures (e.g. CAD and its application or scheduling a series of technical tasks utilizing software-based tools.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteUnderstand and articulate how own role ties within function or disciplineExcellent written communication skillsDemonstration application of engineering principles on individual/small projectsPrefer experience with TQM methods (e.g. "six sigma") or LEAN manufacturing environment. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
