Sr. Manufacturing Quality Manager

General Purpose:

Ensuring products meet quality specifications, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance. Managing QC and SQE teams, performing supplier audits, and minimizing quality issues from manufacturing to end-user. Providing guidance and support to team members 

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.  Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, coaching Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations. Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies including industry best practices. Providing weekly quality reporting for both production and field failures. Utilize engineering tools to analyze process improvements and lead the development of innovative quality tools. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

Certificate of Black Belt in Six Sigma. ISO 9001, 2015ver of leader auditor.  10+ years experience in factory quality manager. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop solutions. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Fluent in English written, verbal and reading skills.
