Job DescriptionThis position is on-site at the Tulsa, Ok Bus Assembly plant.
Bill of Process ‐ Modify existing Tulsa Bill of Process for new E79 and H06 (EV) content.Labor Database ‐ Modify existing Tulsa Elemental Labor Database for new E79 and H06 (EV) content, including elements and operations MES (based on carryover baseline data if available)Headcount Master ‐ Modify master headcount documentation to reflect any impacts of E79 and H06 (EV) to baseline headcount and to labor analysis to justify any incremental (or reduced) headcount.Labor Analysis ‐ Modify existing Yamazumi chart baseline to reflect E79 and H06 (EV) impacts to baseline process. Make recommendations on improvements to new or existing processes to eliminate non‐value‐added work and balance labor across operations.Ergonomics Analysis ‐ FTE Performance will include ergonomic analysis of new E79 and H06 (EV) processes and update any existing ergonomics databases that may exist.PFEP ‐ Support Supply Chain to provide relevant input to the existing Tulsa PFEP, where applicable based on the assigned area.Cycle Line Layouts ‐ FTE will support the data collection of all required inputs to modify existing Cycle Line Layouts (CLL) for stations impacted by E79 and H06 (EV) content to reflect new processes, tools, and labor.Station Readiness ‐ FTE will define the criteria for workstation readiness to ensure Build Event and launch preparedness, identify gaps, and, with the support of TBP and Program Teams, drive solutionsDefine and procure tooling and equipment to add E79 and EV content to the existing process.Conduct Technical and Readiness reviews with plant staff for input and approval (PAF process)Qualifications7+ years of experience in vehicle assembly with items in the Job DescriptionAdditional Information
