We are seeking a skilled Marketing Ops professional to drive our campaign operations. As part of our dynamic Revenue Operations team, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Marketo and a proven track record of successfully managing complex multi-faceted campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, partner, and customer engagementWhat You’ll Do: Manage and optimize the Marketo instance, including building and maintaining email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and integrations Set up and integrate webinars using our webinar management tool Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and tracking Build and design visually appealing and responsive email templates using HTML and CSS Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and drive higher engagement rates. Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations Create targeted email segments based on customer data to deliver personalized and relevant content Implement automated email workflows using Marketo to streamline processes and improve efficiency Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, creative, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and success Skills & Experience You’ll Need to Have: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Marketo Bachelor's Degree required; Concentration in marketing or business preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with project management software Proven track record of successfully managing email marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email template creation. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Salesforce Marketo Certification is a plus SaaS or Tech industries a plus Experience with Channel businesses a big plus Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and industry trends.
