We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive its continued success. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing a team, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, revenue growth, and market penetration.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales, medical affairs, and other departments for integrated execution.Brand Management:
Oversee the development and implementation of brand positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns.Monitor brand performance, market share, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation.Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines across all channels and touchpoints.3. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development and individual performance.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team, encouraging creativity, innovation, and accountability.4. Market Analysis and Forecasting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.Monitor market dynamics, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes impacting segments, providing recommendations to ensure competitive advantage.5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility and maximize marketing effectiveness.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on specialty medications.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Solid understanding of the market and related dynamics.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders.Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaign execution.Familiarity with regulatory compliance and market access considerations within the pharmaceutical industry.Current Employees apply HERE
