The Senior Marketing Manager, Channel Activation is responsible for leading regional channel marketing strategy, planning and activation leveraging global scalable marketing platforms; and tailoring to regional retail, wholesale and distributor market needs to improve engagement, drive sales and brand awareness. She/he develops sell-in and sell-out regional marketing programs in close collaboration with regional marketing, regional commercial teams, and partners.

Leads regional Wholesale Marketing strategy and execution for direct markets to reach business goals Leads EMEA Distributor and Retail Marketing strategy and execution based on business needs Optimizes brand experience in direct, distributor market and Partner retail channel activations Ensures consistency in channel marketing plans by fostering collaboration within the teams Leads Monthly Business update meetings from Marketing side with Key distributors Represents WHL marketing and leads alignment with commercial teams in WHL Leadership monthly meetings. Represents WHL, Distributor and Retail marketing needs and alignment on plans with Global teams
Maximize Growth by Elevating Marketing for Direct and Distributor Markets:
Integrates global scalable marketing programs into regional wholesale partners Responsible for developing Country Wholesale Marketing Strategies Measures and optimizes wholesale marketing activations and communicates to key stakeholders Works closely and in an integrated manner with Commercial Teams, Brand Marketing team, Merchandising and Customer service teams. Works closely with local distributor leads to ensure alignment on Global marketing strategy and plans Identifies brand opportunities in local distributor markets
Develop Marketing Strategies for Partner Retail Stores:
Optimize Resources and Ways of Working:
Streamline processes and optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team. Handles Wholesale Marketing budget: leverages negotiation skills to obtain best deals with agencies, external and wholesale partners Coordinates annual Marketing budgets for distributors: ensures distributor budget spent according to global marketing priorities Works with external agencies for channel activations: assesses agency results, renegotiates contracts, conducts RFP/tenders Optimizes ways of working and processes with the rest of Marketing team, commercial departments & Global team Identifies functional challenges & implement new solutions
Work with Agencies for Channel Activations:
Partner with external agencies to plan and implement channel activation campaigns. Ensure agency deliverables align with brand standards and strategic objectives.What You'll Bring to the Table Masters degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration Has min 10 years of full-time experience in Marketing with international brands preferably in the fields of Fashion, Luxury or Entertainment. Footwear experience is a strong plus. Holds matter Expertise in Channel Activation Marketing focusing on Wholesale and Distributor markets. Holds expertise in Marketing covering PR, Communications and Digital Marketing. Strong interest in Pop culture, Youth Culture and social media.
