Job Description Summary
This is a key leadership position within our new Agua Interactive online-gaming team. Responsible for driving marketing strategy and execution across a range of real money and social interactive gaming products. Responsible for launch planning and go-to-market, brand development and ongoing customer acquisition and retention for innovative new mobile gaming service. Responsible for working with outsourced providers of various marketing services as well as the rest of the Agua Caliente marketing leadership team to ensure all marketing activities are coordinated internally and externally. Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities within interactive gaming in order to continue to scale the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Development and execution of marketing plan for new mobile and online products Drive user acquisition through effective planning & execution of the marketing strategy, which may include on-premises advertising, off-premises advertising, SEO, adverts (print, TV, radio, billboards etc) Develop a creative social media strategy Work closely with the Platform Provider, Casino Operations, and Marketing team for the land-based operation to ensure synergy between online and land-based marketing campaigns Working with in-house / external design departments to ensure all marketing remains on brand and consistent with corporate brand book Working with the land-based team to devise a cohesive strategy for VIP players which covers online player activity and rewards accordingly Deep understanding of area related KPIs. Work with the Business Analytics team to ensure positive ROI and business growth while making outgoing cost decisions based on performance Full ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, mechanics, briefing and bonus costs management for the Casino
