The Sr. Marketing Manager for our healthcare industry is responsible for partnering with the Head of Industry Marketing and business stakeholders to develop and tell the story for JLL’s healthcare sector capabilities. The goal of this role is to enhance our reputation across the target segments and drive awareness and demand generation initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and executing the industry marketing plan in alignment with business goals.
This role will work collaboratively with marketing colleagues in solution marketing, business line marketing, demand, digital, content and campaigns, design, PR and research to execute multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute a strategic marketing plan in alignment with the business’s priorities and goalsDrive the strategy and development of strategic integrated marketing programs to continue to build our brand in the industry and results in marketing generated revenueDevelop and execute messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of solutions – ensuring all externally facing messaging is aligned to our key messages and reflect JLL’s unique ability to address the needs of our customersDrive the strategy for market opportunities with new accounts, cross-sell/up-sell and develop a demand map of priority product/service solutions by buying groupsManage the spend, invoice tracking and payment of vendors in line with the marketing budget for the industryMonitor market and industry trends that could affect client needs and act as an industry subject matter expertPartner with our Centers of Excellence to execute the marketing plans and strategies – including coordination of logistics and timing for tactics like webinars, podcasts, videos, media interviews, social media, events, speaking engagements, etc.Lead and manage the creation of relevant industry content to support go-to-market activities (Client stories, videos, blogs, white papers, webinars, sponsored content, etc)Work with the business, product, marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign themes across a yearlong+ timeframeCollaborate with local and business line marketing teams to ensure leverage and adoption of industry campaignsEnhance and measure the effectiveness of our industry .com presenceAct as a point of escalation during the campaign planning, development, execution and optimization processContribute to or build industry-specific buyer personas, or refine existing buyer personas based on industry knowledgeCollaborate with partners in sales enablement and marketing operations on a well-defined plan for activating content for lower funnel sales initiativesDevelop and distribute internal marketing materials and presentations to promote a common understanding of the industry strategy and vision to key business line stakeholders and groupsSkills:
The successful candidate has experience building and executing B2B strategic marketing plans that range from reputation to demand generation activities and are aligned to business goals Ability to link industry offering launches to organizational campaign themes and goalsListening, probing and interpreting needs of the businessStrong executive presence, stakeholder management, writing and presenting skillsStrong creative/ marketing writing and presentation skillsProven ability to participate in and influence cross-functional teamsStrong project management skills to prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forwardInsight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources (e.g. data providers, social analysis, engagement scores)Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field7+ years of b-to-b marketing experienceAbility to manage junior members of the team in-directlyProven experience working with multiple marketing and sales functions to deliver superior resultsProficient in CRM, marketing automation, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)Customer- and market-driven orientation with proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targetsDemonstrated strong listening, information gathering and skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomesExperience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation and lead nurturing programsEstimated total compensation for this position:
120,000.00 – 145,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
