Splunk is looking for a **Sr. Marketing Operations & Technology Specialist** to join our Marketing Operations team to assist in the utilization and optimization of the team’s tech stack and processes. We are looking for a person who loves data, thrives on process optimization and thinks critically when it comes to continually improving marketing processes and strategy. You will work closely with teams across the enterprise, ranging from Go-To-Marketing sales, marketing teams and operations teams. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business. Splunk is a fast-growing company with a passion for building the best technology and having fun along the way. **Role** As a **Sr. Marketing Operations & Technology Specialist** on the Marketing Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to drive a wide range of projects, including: + Supporting critical global processes for our marketing/sales teams, including things such as data acquisition and enrichment, help ticket support, routing updates and technology administration + Identify, document, and implement process enhancements that streamline webinars, events, list uploads, emails, and campaign workflows to increase operational efficiency + Assist with extensive documentation efforts to capture details of processes to ensure broad knowledge sharing amongst team members + Supporting our external agency and internal teams in building contact lists for email campaigns, outbound call prospecting and event invitations, using both contact and account dimensions + Develop and implement segmentation logic that aligns the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behavior, actions, and journey stage + Build repeatable processes and templates, improve workflows, optimize data collection, implement quality assurance programs to drive standardization **Requirements** + Solid understanding of modern B2B marketing, ideally familiar with concepts such as lead management, nurturing, demand waterfalls, martech, and governance. + Highly skilled at time-management, is detail oriented and has high standards for project delivery + Process orientated, highly organized, strong documentation, coordination and project management skills + Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving skills and an ability to convey technical concepts to less technical team members + Confidence to offer consultation to business partners and team members within Sales, Partner, Marketing Operations + A familiarity working with AGILE/SCRUM process management + Curious and eager to learn, with a strong desire to understand the "why" behind processes and decisions, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement. + Strong communicator across all levels of the organization, comfortable engaging with collaborators, including senior management, to align on objectives, solicit input, and drive collaboration. + Bonus: Experience working with dashboards in Tableau or experience working with any of the following: Snowflake/dbt, Salesforce, Adobe CDP, Outreach, Marketo, LeanData **Education** B.A. in Marketing, Technology, or related field, or equivalent years of industry experience. **Splunk is an Equal Opportunity Employer** At Splunk, we believe creating a culture of belonging isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also the smart thing.
