Sr. Marketing Project Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join a Tech Entertainment client in Los Angeles, NYC or SF! As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing consumer-facing creative projects, owning communications and processes, and exercising project controls. You will plan and demonstrate a cohesive understanding of deliverables, tasks, dependencies, team resourcing, forecasting, and processes. Additionally, you will constantly assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to the necessary stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Own the successful execution and delivery of all projects for your pod, including digital marketing, events, and more.
Communicate clearly with all team members, including cross-functional (XFN) partners, throughout the duration of your projects.
Work with team leads to properly vet, scope, and kickoff assignments.
Develop and own accurate project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents.
Solve most project-level issues independently; for larger-scale issues, bring proposed solutions and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them.
Manage and execute projects related to live events, productions, growth marketing, and brand programs.
Juggle 1-2 projects at once, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work across various types of projects.
Partner with marketers, producers, product teams, communications, legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (creative teams, leadership/exec team members, engineers, marketers, production).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Superb attention to detail, good judgment, and listening skills.
Experience in resource management, building timelines, and understanding how to execute projects effectively.
Proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet.
Background in creative or marketing teams, preferably with experience at tech companies or agencies.
Experience managing large-scale events.

PR: $65-80/hr
