As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lifecycle Marketing team in the MarTech & RevOps Division, by assisting with the development, coordination, and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing campaign coordination, data analysis, marketing technology and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with precision and impact.Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution Support: Assist the Marketing Strategy and Lifecycle Marketing teams in translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing, to drive lower-funnel traffic and achieve acquisition and cross-sell targetsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (such as Creative, Data Analytics, and Compliance) and external vendors to develop, review, and approve marketing assets. Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and adhere to regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality, on-brand creative that resonates with target audiencesResource and Compliance Coordination: Write detailed requirements and support tickets to streamline workflows and ensure accurate output. Work closely with Compliance and legal teams to meet regulatory requirements, ensuring that campaigns are both impactful and compliantQuality Assurance and Material Review: Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and alignment with campaign objectives. Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and are tailored to the intended audienceCampaign Tracking and Reporting: Utilize existing dashboards and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance. Regularly communicate progress against goals to stakeholders, providing insights into the marketing contribution to business unit performance. Use data insights to identify trends and recommend optimizationsCompetitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research as needed to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. Provide insights that support special promotions, product positioning, and strategic projectsContinuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying areas to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and collaboration. Participate in team meetings and brainstorms to bring fresh ideas to campaign planning and executionQualifications:
