Key Responsibilities:
Oversee marketing programs and ensure channel effectiveness, measurable results, and timely follow-up by sales team.Lead the creation of sales and marketing written content including case studies, tip sheets, solution flyers, and other solution or thought leadership collateral.Support new solution launches, retention campaigns, monitor strategic add-on sales, and offer unique solutions that accelerate sales efforts and support revenue goals.Actively monitor the marketing and sales pipeline dashboards and metrics. Manage creative and development for demand generation programs, email marketing, social and webinar campaigns, and work with the events team to manage currently planned events and identify new potential events.Collaborate with growth marketing team on paid advertising efforts including creation, execution, and post-campaign reporting.Create and evolve messaging for presentations and outbound talk tracks to optimize for conversion.Understand the competitive landscape, serve as a subject matter expert and go-to resource, offer outside-of-the-box ideas, and adapt approaches for key market segments. Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 4-6 years’ relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Experience working within the healthcare or healthcare tech spacesStrong aptitude for content development and writingExperience working in partnership with product and sales teamsBasic understanding of sales organization dynamics and pipeline generation tactics Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM Hands-on use of Marketo or another marketing automation platformJob Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needsWilling to work additional hours or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
