We specialize in all subject areas and cater to students from age four to twenty. We hire only the best - certified teachers, or those in the process of completing their degree in Education and pay much higher wages than the industry average.

Job Summary

Prep Academy Tutors is looking for a Senior Math teacher who is OCT certified with senior Math qualifications. Provides differentiated and individualized instruction. Candidates must have access to a vehicle, willing to work 5-10hrs/wk. and able to implement a variety of teaching strategies.

Provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge based on the Ontario curriculum.Provide supplemental assignments to students to help promote greater understanding of material.Provide remedial and enrichment support for students.Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress.

A qualified applicant will meet at least one of the following criteria:

You hold a registration in good standing with the Ontario College of TeachersYou are qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of OntarioYou are qualified to teach in the United StatesYou are a current teacher candidate; pursuing a bachelor of educationYou have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College
