Compensation: $100-110/hour, DOELocation: The Woodlands, TXWork Schedule: 9/80 hybridAssignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays Responsibilities Provide mechanical integrity engineering support for the Mechanical Integrity ProgramResponsible for oversite of the mechanical integrity inspection, and repair programs for fixed equipment. This position is also responsible for conducting of fitness-for-service calculations and thickness requirements for pressure vessels, exchangers, tanks, and piping per the applicable API/ASME and National Board standards for topside pressure equipmentCoordinate and execute Add/Change/Deletes to MI documentation (Inspection isometrics, CML updates on drawing etc.). Coordinate Add/Change/Deletes to IDMS data management. (Addition of CML’s, Deletion of CMLs, Idle CML etc.)Coordinate the execution of the Mechanical Integrity Program inspection and remediation tasks for assigned platformsProvide integrity engineering guidance/direction to offshore inspectorsPerform engineering analysis of inspection resultsDetermine integrity alarm level of inspection findings per the Mechanical Integrity Program proceduresPerform Fitness for Service calculations to determine remaining life of topside piping and pressure equipmentDevelop and implement of integrity recommendations and corrective actionsEnsure all inspection tasks are updated appropriately in the IDMSImplement APM/SAP workflows for the execution of Mechanical Integrity Program tasksThe above stated Job Description and Responsibilities are not exhaustive.
